A big part of who we are is who we employ.


Our employees are our ambassadors and our representatives. They are the face of our credit union and the most important asset we have. They know and understand that the most important things we do are to create enduring relationships and foster collaboration and a sense of confidence among those who entrust us with their futures. Our vision is to provide our members with what we would want for ourselves, an “experience that is unexpected.” Our greatest success will come from us empowering personal growth and change for our team.

Members, Not Numbers: We look at members’ goals and see them as relationships that last a lifetime, not transactions that come and go.

People Over Profit: We have nothing to hide – our services and fees are transparent and employees are empowered to act on behalf of members.

Managing Risk Responsibly: Our growth is driven by a goal to serve members, not “shareholders”. At times, managing risk properly means saying no.

Listening vs. Selling: We design products based on input from our members, customizing solutions to fit their needs, not “off-the-shelf” products.

Remaining Relevant: Our customer solutions are relevant to members’ needs. We challenge the norm and do not settle for generic, one-size-fits-all solutions.
