Sending an Outgoing Wire (Domestic)

You will need to provide the following information on the recipient:

  • Name of the Person Receiving the Wire
  • Street Address
  • City, State, Zip Code
  • Account Number
  • Full Name of Financial Institution
  • ABA Routing/Transit Number

If the receiving financial institution has specific routing instructions, the instructions must be included. Check with the recipient before submitting a wire request.

Sending an Outgoing Wire (International)

You will need to provide the following information on the recipient:

  • Name of the Person Receiving the Wire
  • Street Address
  • City, State, Zip Code, Country
  • IBAN or Account Number
  • Full Name of Financial Institution
  • Swift Code
  • Purpose for sending the wire (wire cannot be processed without a specified purpose)

If the receiving financial institution has specific routing instructions, the instructions must be included. Check with the recipient before submitting a wire request. Wires are sent in U.S. Currency only.

Incoming Wire Instructions (Domestic and International)

The following details should be provided to a sender who will initiate the wire transfer through their financial institution.

  • Financial Institution Name: Generations Community Federal Credit Union
  • Wire Transfer Routing Number: 314088572
  • Account Holder Name: Name of GFCU Account Holder
  • Account Number: 13-Digit GFCU Account Number
  • Address: Address as displayed on GFCU Account

Processing Deadlines (Monday – Friday):

  • Domestic Wire: 3:00 pm Central Standard Time
  • International Wire: 12:00 pm Central Standard Time
