Generations FCU Hosts Annual Turkey Express: Staff honors SAPD by delivering turkeys to local stations

Turkey Express Police DaySan Antonio, TX – Monday, November 25, 2019 – Generations Federal Credit Union (GFCU) will be providing our local, hard-  working police departments with Thanksgiving turkeys. The Turkey Express annual event recognizes and honors the men and women of the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) who continue to protect and serve our community while sacrificing holidays with their families.

“We’re proud to give back to our San Antonio Police Department in this way during the holiday season,” stated Ken Raymie, President and CEO of Generations FCU. “These men and women sacrifice spending the holidays with their own families in order to protect ours, and providing Thanksgiving turkeys is just one way we can show our gratitude for their continued service to our community.”

WHAT: A press conference with GFCU and Police Chief Bill McManus. Before the press event, GFCU staff will deliver turkeys to SAPD municipal building.
