Ken Raymie

President & CEO

Ken Raymie provides executive oversight to all credit union lines of business and support departments. He brings more than 25 years of experience, previously serving as Executive Vice President/Commercial Banking Manager and Executive Vice President/Chief Revenue Officer at other financial institutions. Ken is a graduate of Leadership San Antonio Class 33, Leadership Lab and in 2005 was named a “40 Under 40” by the San Antonio Business Journal. He sits on the Board of Directors of The 100 Club of San Antonio, San Antonio Sports and Ma Hila's Heart Project.

Rick Divina

Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Rick Divina brings more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience to Generations, having served credit unions in Texas and California. In his role, he oversees all budgeting, accounting, financial forecasting and investment processes, and ensures alignment with GFCU’s financial goals and objectives. Rick sits on the Board of Directors for the Texas YES Project and previously served on the El Paso Giving Day Committee.

Mark Johnston

Senior Vice President/Chief Lending Officer

Mark Johnston serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, managing the day-to-day operations of the Commercial Services Department, to include business development and loan/credit administration. Prior to joining GFCU, Mark served as Vice President, Relationship Manager at Chase and as Vice President of Corporate Lending at TransPecos Banks. He brings 14 years of experience in commercial lending to the credit union. Mark earned his B.B.A. in Finance from Texas State University and is an active member of their Finance and Economics Advisory Board. He also sits on the board of the Green Spaces Alliance of South Texas and is a graduate of Leadership San Antonio Class 46.

Jessica Hernandez

Jessica Hernandez

Senior Vice President of Operations

As Senior Vice President of Operations, Jessica Hernandez leads the credit union’s operational support teams, which includes the call center, eServices, asset recovery, loan and account servicing, and facilities among others. She is a founding Board member of the Functional Academics, Communication, and Transition (FACT) Institute, Inc., which provides academic and life transition supports for individuals ages 12+ with special abilities. Jessica also serves as President of the Credit Union Executives Society (CUES) Texas Council and is a board member for the South Texas Business Partnership. She earned a B.A. from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Jessica is a National Association of Federally-Insured Credit Unions (NAFCU) Certified Compliance Officer, NAFCU Certified Enterprise Risk Manager, and Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert.

Wendy Albers

Senior Vice President of Member Experience

Senior Vice President of Member Experience Wendy Albers oversees alignment of member service and satisfaction, closing the loop between member feedback and process improvement throughout the organization. With more than 30 years of banking and credit union experience, Wendy’s expertise includes enterprise policy framework, retail sales and service, and change management. She is a member of the City of San Antonio’s Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone 33 Board and serves as Social Media Chair for Financial Women in Texas.

Erica Garza

Erica Garza

Vice President of Risk Management

In her role as VP of Risk Management, Erica Garza oversees the Risk Management and Records Management divisions of the Credit Union. She also serves as the company’s BSA Officer, Security Officer, Information Security Officer, Supervisory Committee liaison and fraud prevention advocate. Erica brings more than 15 years of financial institution experience to her role. She is a certified compliance officer with the National Association of Federally Insured Credit Unions (NAFCU) and a Bank Secrecy Act Certified Specialist (BSACS). Erica earned a B.A. from Texas A&M University San Antonio and is an active community volunteer with #GFCUCares.

Letty Gonzales

Vice President of Member Engagement

Letty Gonzales leads all Marketing, Member Engagement, and Employee Engagement efforts, including community involvement and staff engagement initiatives. She previously held the position of GFCU Commercial Business Development Officer. Her 25 years of experience includes Retail, Private and Commercial Banking. Gonzales is a graduate of Leadership SA Class 44 and the SA Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Alexander Briseño Leadership Development Program. She serves as Chair of the Mayor’s Commission on the Status of Women and the Boards of San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Ohana Smiles and Boysville, Inc.

Vice President of Marketing

Eve Hernandez leads all marketing and corporate communication efforts at the credit union, overseeing traditional and digital advertising, marketing campaigns, brand awareness and member communications. Throughout her career, she has worked in marketing, public relations and fundraising with nonprofit, for-profit and public service organizations. Eve holds a B.S. in Radio TV Film from the University of Texas at Austin. She sits on the Board of Directors for Any Baby Can of San Antonio.

Vice President of Consumer Lending

Kate Himes serves as Vice President of Consumer Lending, leading all efforts within direct consumer lending, underwriting and the lending call center. She brings executive leadership with more than 25 years of experience in collections, loan servicing and lending. Kate serves on the Mission Engagement Committee for Morgan’s Wonderland Inclusion Foundation.

Angela Howorth

Vice President of Human Resources

In her role as Vice President of Human Resources, Angela Howorth is responsible for the strategic direction of the credit union’s recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management and company culture. She has been with Generations for more than 25 years, joining the credit union after graduating from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a B.B.A. in Human Resources Management. She is a member of the San Antonio Human Resources Association, the Society for Human Resources Management and sits of the Board of Directors for the D. R. Semmes YMCA.

Brent Mora

Vice President of Mortgage Lending

Brent Mora serves as Vice President of Mortgage Lending, overseeing all Credit Union home loan products, strategy and production. He has worked in direct consumer mortgages for more than 11 years at other financial institutions, bringing experience in sales, training, production, process improvement, regulation, and compliance. Brent holds a B.A. in History from the University of Texas – San Antonio, an M.A. in Education and Leadership from Wayland Baptist University, and he currently sits on the Board of Directors of Communities in Schools of San Antonio.

Danielle Smothers

Vice President of Retail Delivery

Danielle Smothers leads retail branches, retail training and the branch network of operations for the credit union. She brings more than 18 years of banking experience to Generations, including retail branch market oversight and management. Danielle serves as a board member for Girls on the Run Bexar County, as well as the North Chamber Leadership Lab Alumni Association, having graduated from the program in 2021. She also works closely with the San Antonio Food Bank and the Black Women’s Leadership Alliance in San Antonio.
