San Antonio Hero Like Her Camp Sponsorship

Generations was proud to support the San Antonio Fire Department #HeroLikeHer camps in July, where young women learned CPR, rescue and rappelling, agility and arson investigation. These camps teamed 700 girls with female firefighters to gain strength and leadership skills to help them become strong pillars within their communities.

Meatball Roll and Spaghetti SaleThe 100 Club of San Antonio 23rd Annual Spaghetti Dinner

GFCU staff joined The 100 Club of San Antonio and community volunteers to make thousands of delicious meatballs for the 23rd Annual Spaghetti Dinner. This fundraiser supports the #100ClubOfSanAntonio mission to provide wellness and resiliency to Firefighters and Law Enforcement Officers in Bexar County, and their families. This was our first in-person community event of 2021 and it was a pleasure to assist the 100 Club in serving our city’s amazing first responders!

Food BankSan Antonio Food Bank Donation Collection

Community-based organizations that work toward improving our health and well-being strengthen our city. The San Antonio Food Bank is a key player in fighting hunger on a daily basis.

For the month of July 2021, we will be accepting donations for the San Antonio Food Bank at all of our branches. We invite you to become a “hunger fighter” by making a donation at your nearest GFCU location.
