GFCU Mobile Banking is designed to help you manage your money seamlessly from your mobile device. Whether you need to check your balance, pay bills, see posted transactions, transfer funds between any member accounts, find a local branch or contact us you can do all of this from your mobile device via the Generations Mobile App.
We do not charge our members to utilize Mobile Banking. However, message and data rates may apply to your mobile plan. Check with your wireless carrier for internet service rates and plan options available for your mobile device.
Yes. The Mobile Banking App does not send your account numbers or other confidential information about your accounts. Also, before you can use Mobile Banking, members are required to first register for Online Banking via www.mygenfcu.org.
It is important that we have an updated email address so we can send you notifications regarding your Mobile Banking service activity. This is an extra security measure to help you monitor your Mobile Banking service.
To be eligible for these products and services, you must live, work, worship, volunteer, attend school or own a business in Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, Medina and/or Wilson County, Texas. All immediate family members of those listed above are also eligible for membership.
