1) ELIGIBILITY: This Generations FCU Social Media Contest (hereafter, “Contest”) is open to legal residents of Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, Medina and/or Wilson County, Texas, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and who are physically located and live, work, or worship in Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, Medina and/or Wilson County, Texas, or have a business located in one of the previously mentioned counties in Texas at the time of the contest entry. Current Generations members must be in good standing (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to be eligible. Officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of Generations Community Federal Credit Union (“GFCU”), and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, suppliers, and advertising and contest agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, child, or sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of such officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win a prize.

2) SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR: The Sponsor and Administrator of the Contest is Generations Federal Credit Union (“Sponsor”), P.O. Box 791870 San Antonio, TX 78279-1870. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

3) AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4) CONTEST PERIOD: Contest period will take place from 12 AM on Friday, June 5, 2026, through 11:59 PM on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. Entries received before the start or after the close of the Contest Period will not be eligible.

5) ELIGIBILITY & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Entry Option 1: To officially enter the Contest, an individual must complete both of the following actions during the Contest Period:

• Auto Loan Application: The individual must submit an application for an auto loan with GFCU.
• Social Media Post: The individual must publish a post on social media (specifically on Facebook, Instagram, X, or TikTok) that includes a picture or video featuring the hashtag “#firstcarvibes”.

Entry Limits: Each qualifying social media post will be considered one entry (“Entrant”) into the Contest, provided the auto loan application requirement has been met. Only one post per day, per platform, per individual will be considered as a valid entry into the Contest.

Entry Option 2 (Mail in Entry): Submit an original handwritten 3” x 5” card (one per individual) without charge or obligation with your name, mailing address, valid email address, active phone number (all information must be included to be considered a valid entry), to:

Incomplete or illegible entries will be void. All entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

6) PRIZE: One Velero Gift Card in the amount of $100 will be awarded to one winner (“Winner”) at the end of the Contest Period. The potential winner will be randomly selected from among all valid entries received during the Contest Period.

7) REQUIREMENTS OF WINNERS: Potential Winner will be notified by phone or email within one week of selection. Potential Winner will be required to provide identification and additional documentation. Potential Winner is required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility Waiver and Photo Waiver, which must be received by Sponsor within seven (7) days of notification to receive the prize.

Noncompliance with these Official Rules, the inability of the Sponsor to contact a potential winner within one week, or a prize or prize notification being returned as non-deliverable may result in disqualification of potential winner without further notice and an alternate winner being selected at the Sponsor’s discretion. A potential prize winner will not be declared the official winner unless all eligibility requirements are met and all required paperwork has been validated by the Sponsor.

8) PRIZES: Prize(s) and Prize value will vary from Contest to Contest.

For All Prizes: All prize elements, if any, are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of a prize (or portion thereof) is permitted except by Sponsor who may substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion for any reason whatsoever. THE VALUE OF EACH PRIZE WILL BE TREATED AS INCOME TO THE WINNERS AND EACH WINNER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT AND REPORTING OF ALL APPLICABLE TAXES. SPONSOR ENCOURAGES EACH WINNER TO CONSULT HIS/HER TAX ADVISOR TO DETERMINE HOW WINNING THIS PRIZE MAY AFFECT HIS/HER TAX OBLIGATIONS.

9) ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Contest Period. Winners are selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

10) PUBLICITY: Entrants agree, by entering, that Sponsor and its designees may use and disclose (unless prohibited by law), entrants’ names (first name, last name initial), photographs and/or likenesses for advertising, trade and/or any other purposes in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission or notification.

11) GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: 1) disqualify any entrant whom Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper use of this Contest or is in violation of these Official Rules; 2) modify, terminate or suspend this Contest should non-authorized intervention or other any causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper use of the Contest, or for any other reason not prohibited by law, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of termination of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right to select winners at its discretion from among all eligible non-suspect entries received and combined up to time of such action. Entrants are providing their information to Sponsor and not to any other entity. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to Sponsor.

12) RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Entrants agree, by entering, that the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, or participation in this Contest. Sponsor is not liable in the event that fraud, computer viruses or other malicious code, tampering, technical failure or other events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control prevent the running of the Contest as planned or compromise the integrity of the Contest.
