We acknowledge that recent changes in our credit card platform have disrupted the way you access and conduct account transactions online. Unforeseen technical issues created obstacles in using the new platform upon the September 21, 2020 launch.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this conversion. Our intention is always to improve your member experience. We understand that this transition was far from seamless.

Our goal is always to improve members’ lives with the best products, services and technology to manage your personal finances. The entire GFCU team is dedicated to making MyCardInfo work to its fullest capability without errors, as quickly as possible. We will continue troubleshooting until we achieve this goal.
