Please note the following updates to MyCardInfo, our new online credit card account management platform.

Enhancements in Process

Updates will be posted on MyGenFCU.org/mycardinfo as soon as they are available. You’ll also find an Enrollment Tutorial Video, Member FAQ, and Rewards Redemption FAQ at this site.

Please Note

The following are permanent changes to our credit card platform:

  • Credit card payments require two (2) business days for processing. Payments will be credited on the day payments are made online, by phone or in person, but it may take up to two days for the payment to be credited to your card balance.
  • New payment and security options are available at MyCardInfo.com; however, payments and transfers cannot be conducted directly through GFCU Online and Mobile Banking.
